"Amazing apartments! My wife & I stayed here on a company paid temporary accommodation for 1.5 months. Beautiful apartments, top class amenities, right in the center of Manhattan. Concierge team is great, especially had a great experience with Ravi - he helped us so many times, very cheerful, very professional. North facing units lack sunlight (almost none throughout the day) but overall great experience living here."

"Came here to visit my friend staying in the apartment and ran into the doorman Ravi. He was so kind and helpful when navigating the building. I’ve never met a more welcoming person before, especially someone who must see so many people throughout the day. My friend even said he’s like that with everyone, always offering a smile and checking in on your day. This has not been my experience at other apartment buildings in nyc. Ravi is truly so kind and I hope every tenant is so appreciative as this is rare to come by!"

"Have been staying here since the last two months as part of my temporary stay before moving to my own house. Beautiful apartment on the higher floor of 27th. Amazing views and amenities. The roof has some of the best views of Manhattan. Great gym and spa pool on the club floor. Very respectful concierge. The only downside is the street crowd. Very touristy and as a result, overflowing with trash and the smell of weed always hangs in the air. A couple of cabaret places makes the street seem even more dodgy. But the apartment complex itself is top notch."
