"I have family that lives here in a 2 bedroom corner apartment with a balcony. It's a beautiful apartment as is the Instrata building including its facilities and location."
"I spent 3 weeks going back and forth with Instrata trying to finalize an apartment. I applied for the apartment at the price specified on their website and in the application. I was then told that "someone within the building might be moving into that apartment and they get priority" only to have the price jacked up on me a week later when "the tenant decided not to transfer their lease". As an explanation, I was then told that the prices shown on the Instrata website were not the real prices for the apartments. The only reason Instrata gets any stars is that the handyman I met when I attempted to find a human to speak to was incredibly friendly and kind."

"I had a very positive lease-signing experience at Instrata Gramercy, thanks to Svetlana. She was very responsive to email, arranged for a virtual tour quickly, and provided helpful answers to my questions as I weighed various scenarios to move into the building. She was particularly helpful in navigating challenges in my lease-signing process as I did so from out of state. On the whole, they made it a smooth process."
"The apartments are spacious, come with modern appliances including washer/dryer, and floor to ceiling windows. The roof deck is fantastic with a stunning 360 view of NYC, and comfy lounge furniture. Great amenities including a laundry room and a fully equipped gym. The staff is terrific, the management team is extremely accommodating, and any problems you may encounter are resolved within 24 hours."
