"Worst hotel ever! Made a reservation for my mother , they were not nice to her at all! On Expedia they list the wrong information about parking. The stuff was rude and charged money to card almost 3 wks after she stayed there. The recipient said only $20 were supposed to be paid on site the required a $150 deposit and almost 3 wks later the deposit still not refunded. This hotel doesn’t even have a lobby, nothing to offer in the rooms! There’s a lot of good options in NYC for the price they charged. Please be careful when you give them your card because THEY WILL CHARGE UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS"
"Exactly as all the photos show and the staff was pretty nice. One was kind of okay but no one was rude or unhelpful. I love the simple and comfy decor and set up. Easy in and out with access to everything and subways. Lots of food vendors very close but don’t forget to set up parking at a garage!! Allowed our two dogs as well."
