"Really shocked about hotel. Would not class this hotel as a 4 star . 3 at a push. Maintenance work being carried out in hotel which we were not told about. Brown water coming from bath taps. Damaged flooring in upgraded room. Staff are very friendly. Shocked that breakfast wasn’t included in the price we paid for room."
"Clean room and friendly service. Only issue is there is no desk in the room but beyond that it is a solid hotel. Location is a bit hit or miss depending on what you are doing in the city. Being at the bottom of the island lead for a quiet stay but a but of travel to get to fun stuff"
"Grabbed this hotel because it was convenient for work, more reasonably priced, and the photos and reviews were good. The very first thing I was greeted by when opening the bathroom door was a huge cockroach. I get that things happen but for the nominal discount to other hotels, no thank-you. Will not be back."
"The hotel is very clean and very nice. It smells amazing from entering the door. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty big and had everything we needed. No parking it's the only upside down of the 5 stars. But besides that, great. The location is very good and close to some great attractions and places to visit."
"This is at most a three star hotel in my opinion. The room which i booked is a junior suite, came with a separate bedroom and living room. The toilet came with a bathtub. The price per night was extremely reasonable, given that this is NYC and visitors probably would be out most of the time exploring the city. The microwave in the kitchen was very useful to heat up / cook food. This hotel was also less than 5 min walk to the Wall Street subway, and places of interest such as the charging bull, 9-11 memorial, brooklyn bridge, ferry rides to Staten Island were all within walking distance."
