"Stayed one night here. Bed was firm but surprisingly comfortable. Not many channels on the tv. There isn't much place to store your belongings. The shower was very spacious and gets really hot, with a wonderful rainfall showerhead. The location is perfect, close to the subway and many food options. Many pot shops nearby also. Parking garages are one block away."

"This hotel deserves all the stars they can get! From the very beginning till the end customer service was top tier. I had called in to have a little birthday surprise for my partner. The process on getting this set up was seamless and the room decor was beautiful. After sharing with them the birthday event, they set our hotel on a high floor level with the view of the Empire State Building. Coffee and tea served at check in and even up to our Uber AFTER check out. Our Uber came faster than expected on the last day so we cancelled the order. To our surprise after loading all the luggages in the Uber, we were still served. Great central location - 5-25 mins from everything."

"I was traveling with 2 friends and chose this hotel based on the reviews so I'm going to be honest about my review. I don't plan to stay here again. I thought the people at the check in and check out were fine, but it was weird getting towels and coffee. The room was OK, but I did not understand that there was hardly any place to put anything down in the room or in the bathroom. There was no counter space, no fridge, no coffee or hot pot, there was no place to put towels other than on the floor, the hook for the hairdryer was broken so it was in the corner of the bathroom. The whole place needed some updates. It was in a great loaction in Gramercy Park."

"The queen bed basic room is indeed very basic. Small and sparse. The breakfast is boxed cereal and stale mediocre pastries. The old carpeting and the bathroom floors were not fully cleaned. There is no fan in the bath and the room is full of steam and humidity for hours after showering. And all this for the amazing price of $420 per night once the ‘resort fee’ and NYC taxes are added in! Add $100 to the quoted rate of NYC hotels now for the added ‘fees’. Sadly, it’s become prohibitively expensive to visit New York City."

"We stayed here to move our daughter in to her dorm, location was perfect. The staff is very accommodating and gracious. The only drawbacks were no ice machine, had to ask front desk for that, no in room coffeemaker, no fridge, no microwave. But the hotel staff was extremely helpful and gracious with every little request we made, no matter how trivial like getting coffee for us at all hours. The rooms were spacious and clean, but a bit dated. Beds extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows and linens. Didn’t notice much sound traffic as we were on the first floor away from facing the street. There’s a little deli/grocery right next door which made getting things like drinks and other travel stuff very convenient. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again at this price point."
