Motto by Hilton New York City Times Square

"Our stay at the motto hotel in time square was such a great experience! We stayed in the flex room and had a pretty decent view. The beds are comfortable and although the space is smaller than other hotels we’ve stayed in, it was good for two people and still really nice and functional. Their shampoo and body soap also smelled great. In addition, Ricky the worker at the front desk was really nice, accommodating and helpful even at 5 in the morning! They were also nice enough to keep our bags after checking out when we had a flight later in the evening so we were free to continue to enjoy and explore without carrying our bags. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family and choose motto again on our next visit."

"I really did enjoy my stay here. This time I decided to try a different hotel and elected to stay here at the Motto. This hotel and rooms were very clean. Staff were very friendly. They were willing to hold my luggage from the morning to the night while I had a late flight. And even though my stay was short I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were pretty tiny, which in Times Square I feel like that’s expected. The view I had wasn’t anything special. But I don’t spend much time in the room anyway. For just 1 person, it was perfect. The elevator wait times were almost non existent when I went so I’m assuming it just depends on the time of year you go. Location is great just steps away from Times Square, and located right next to one of the theaters I was seeing a show at! I would definitely stay here again!"

"My wife and i loved our stay at the motto by Hilton in Times Square. We recently spent one night in the city to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we were very pleased to have an affordable room, which was super convenient for what we needed. The size of the room was small but perfect for any short stay if you plan on being on the go. The bed was comfortable, enough space to get dressed, and the shower was great. Hotel had separate elevators so you’re not waiting for 5-10 minutes waiting to get picked up, and the front desk was so friendly and quick to assist when needed."

"My family and I recently stayed at the Motto Times Square for two nights and had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent- right in the heart of Times Square and within walking distance of Rockefeller Center and many other tourist attractions. The lobby is absolutely beautiful and all staff members were lovely and accommodating. Check in was easy and quick. Bonus points for the elevators, which were gorgeous as well as quick and efficient. The room was small but comfortable for our family of three. We had a room with a queen bed and a bunk bed, which worked perfectly for us. The room was clean and had a great view. We would definitely stay here again."

"Stayed here for the later portion of my NYC trip. Staff was polite and helpful. Elevators were quick and spacious. My room was nicely designed and had a nice view of the city from the 30th floor. The only complaint I have is there was zero soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear my neighboring rooms every conversation, cough, TV show they were watching as if there were no walls in between us. Thankfully I had some earplugs which helped me sleep. The location of the hotel is great. Very close to major landmarks in Times Square such as the Rockefeller Center."
