Cambria Hotel New York - Chelsea

"Even though the rooms were small , that is how rooms are set up in new york city and they make great use of their space. The rooms are very clean and the beds are decently comfortable. The ROOF TOP DECK was a fantastic amenity. The service from the front desk was superb. They are very well-trained and honestly they were more hospitable to me then any other choice hotel I have stayed at in any other city and I've been to quite a few."

"Had an excellent stay here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, clean, and comfy. Bathroom was a little tight space-wise, but it was fine. Everything was well kept and in good condition. Location is pretty convenient. About 10 minute walk to Ktown"

"Left a detailed review on TripAdvisor but I don't see it here so I'm just going to summarize my review. LOCATION- perfect ✅ HOTEL/CLEANLINESS/DESIGN- superb ✅ STAFF SERVICE- chef's kiss! ✅ Shoutout to Sherwin. I've been to a lot of hotels and sadly, not all hotel staff knows the protocol when checking in a diamond member but Sherwin did! I didn't have to ask for the perks, he offered right away. You'll always see smile on their faces, greetings everytime you come in and out, very friendly and helpful. After checking out, I stayed for like 5 hours at the lobby and worked while waiting for my train and I asked the front desk lady if she could help me heat my food up and she gladly did. They're just amazing and have a great team work and you can tell they like what they do. They're even better than those big hotel's staff. Cambria did not disappoint. If I have to come back to NY, I know where I will be staying. By the way, if you arrive earlier than the check in, they'll hold your luggage for you so you can walk around the city hassle free. The same when checking out and you need to do some errands. Definitely recommend this place to others! Sherwin and the rest of the crew made my stay memorable, smooth and pleasant."

"Clean, modern and spacious. It is located on Nomad district of NYC, specifically the wholesale flower district. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful especially the lady that works on Sunday evening. She is very welcoming and treat the guests with the utmost respect. Her male coworker that also manning the front desk on Sunday evening is also very helpful and friendly. I came during Thanksgiving week. The hotel is a short walk to subway station. Nearby attractions are Empire State Building, Herald Square, Korean Town, and many great cafe and restaurant. It is a short and reasonable walk to Times Square. It takes about a good 15-20 minutes walk to Times Square. In the morning the area is bustling with wholesale flower vendors that are open early morning. The room is considered spacious by NYC standard. Free coffee in the morning in the cafe area. They also have a rooftop with a great view."

"Alexandria at the front desk is incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to welcome me and also helped me after my stay with getting my final folio. The room rate was reasonable, for NY ;-) and the room size was actually quite a bit bigger than rooms I've stayed in that were much more expensive. The couch in the room looked a bit "lived in" but everything was clean. I had a quiet room. The location is very convenient and centrally located, though not my favorite part of the city to stay in. Lots of decent food spots nearby, coffee shops, and even a liquor store within a block."
