"My Mom was just informed her landlord was selling her house and had 30dys to vacate after living there over 10yrs, and as he stated the best tenant he ever had. Of course my Mom being up in age was divested, she could move in with me or my brother but we are both a distance away from what she became to know as home. That said God put us in the direction of TGM last Saturday only after looking at one other place, I tell you Angel Hayes our leasing agent definitely lives up to her name, as she was for sure our Angel. From that day on she has done nothing but give us her undivided attention, helping us get the best fit and price for my Mom and son needs, as btw he is paralyzed. I cannot share enough how helpful she was, and as they continue their move in process on 2/1/24. I need TGM to know they have a wonderful, thoughtful, and considerate employee in Angel. Thank you,"

"Crystal Anildes, the manager at Odenton TGM Resident Communities…she’s have showed me a warm welcoming to TGM and she has been that person throughout my stay here. Crystal is an understanding person, and she’s there for you, but you need to communicate with her and her staff about your concerns or situations. Ms. Anildes and her crew…front office and maintenance team were always there to assist me in what’s going on in my unit, they’re hard working individuals, trying to make me comfortable. They make sure that the grounds stay clean."

"Going into my 3rd year at TGM Odenton and I've moved into another apartment at the complex. The leasing office and maintenance has improved 100% from the time I moved in in 2021. The staff is very helpful and courteous. And the best thing I like is they will always follow up with you to address your issues and to see if the issue got fixed. Charmain, keep providing your outstanding customer service and support."

"I don't normally write reviews, however when people are doing their job and doing a great job at their job I feel as though it is worth acknowledging. The Community director and her team are absolutely wonderful. I've never had an issue with them taking care of maintenance issues, being rude, or making me feel less then family. Which in apartment living is really hard to come by. The grounds are gorgeous too, which was a huge plus for my husband and I.If it wasn't for my husband and I buying a house we'd still be here. Thank you guys so much for everything."

"TGM Odenton was a great place when I tour with Charmain yesterday. She showed me the wonderful amenities such as the Movie theater! Something I love , because I loving hosting movie night! Charmain took me to see an 2bedroom which was beautiful. I also meet with Angel she was able to help me answer some general questions before I met with Charmain. I also saw the community director and business manager and was introduced to them. They were very nice!"
