"Do Not Move Here while this place is under Bell Partners management. They are the worst management company I have ever dealt with. The corporate office is terrible as well. Mitch Mann was racist and condescending towards me. This company retaliates against their residents and they lie to keep your security deposit. I lived at Flats when it was managed by Bozzuto and the property went downhill as soon as Bell Partners took over. This is no longer a class A property. The recent reviews are either bots or the management team creating fake profiles to bring their rating back up. Please don’t fall for this nonsense."

"Hi l been here at Flats170 for 7 years and l have no complaints. When I need service whether small or large the maintenance worker is here in a timely manner to repair it. That is one of the good service l really love about living here. The tenants good first."

"I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Ron and Joe for fixing my water heater this evening. They both worked diligently to make sure my son and I did not have to take cold showers in the morning. I moved in the Flats170 in May of this year and have always been able to depend on the maintenance team here. I’ve had AC problems (fixed), lighting replaced, and not my water heater fixed. Thank you again!"

"As a vendor at this property, I can honestly say that this is a great property and I have never had any problems with management. Whenever I have had any concerns, they have been addressed in a timely manner. The property manager Diana Coleman is very professional and has been very kind and helpful when I have needed to communicate with her. Ricky has also been great! Overall, I really appreciate the this property and all of the staff members I have dealt with personally."
