"The amenities are actually pretty decent, but consistent rent increases ($300+ over 3 years), apathetic management, a noticeable increase in crime in the area, and holy hell paper thin walls drastically changed my opinion of the place over the 3 years I lived there."

"Echelon at Odenton is a beautiful property conveniently located to Odenton, Annapolis, Columbia and Baltimore and all the local shopping outlets. However, it is tucked away from the main road away from major traffic. An ideal place to live. The most ideal thing about the Echelon is it’s staff, particularly Andrea Long. She is a consummate professional, friendly, personable and truly knows the ins and out of this community. She graciously eased the anxiety that my husband and I had with moving to help us find the perfect unit for us. She went above and beyond seeking out the features of an apartment that were most relevant to our family. She treated us if it were her own home and she wanted us to be comfortable there. Many places just have employees but Andrea is invested in this community and making sure that each resident gets the individual and exceptional service that is deserved. Thank you Andrea!"

She was very attentive and took the extra mile to take me around the community and show me different floor plans and EXTRAVAGANT amenities. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name but she mentioned she was a new employee and honestly I couldn't tell. Beautiful community and awesome staff!! I can't wait to apply!"
