"Parking is not the best. Reserved spots offered not convenient with very few choices. David and leasing manager was helpful and friendly. Apartment was clean upon arrival that’s a huge plus. Haven’t completed our move in walk yet but already noticed some shabby work completed on the entry door sweep. The door sweep was not properly installed and gets stuck if you open too wide. We are having a house built so decided to stay for short term. For what it’s worth we’ll make it work."

"Ever since management changed in 2021 it’s gone severely down hill. We’ve had at least 4 leaks in our unit over the two years (hot water heater once, ac twice, and one leak from the unit above us) which isn’t the issue. The issue is that after the leaks are found and fixed, the water damage is not tended to properly, leading to many mold and mildew issues. the leak from the unit above us continued for months before it was found and addressed despite my constant nagging and maintenance requests about mold in bedroom closet. This led to extensive damage overtime. That leak was discovered over 3 months ago but the paint and carpet still has not been addressed. When they finally addressed the drywall in the closet, (after a couple weeks) all of the insulation was black with mold. I know what you’re thinking but NO, it wasnt removed or resolved, it was covered up with new drywall. Now our entire apartment smells of mildew. It’s been months, multiple trips and meetings with the front office and still nothing is being done. When I have gone up to the front office to talk about this issue the staff is rude. At this point, i don’t want to deal with any of the staff. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to move here. **EDITED TO ADD- since making this post they sent out a contractor to reclean the carpets and change out the carpet padding in our unit because of the mildew smell. Unfortunately maintenance never brought the blower fan so carpets dried slowly overnight and still smell of mildew. I attempted to reach them to bRing the blower fan to no avail. I won’t be complaining AGAIN because this would be at least the fifth time (that is being generous) and it just falls on deaf ears with the front office and maintenance crew but please be warned."

"I give 5 stars to David, he has been amazing, very helpful and polite, which make things easier in the process of moving in. The area is nice and it feels safe, but the apartment is old, very old and everything in it, except the washer/dryer. One Inconvenience I was not aware is that I had to flip a switch to whether I will use the dishwasher or use the washer/dryer, I cannot use both at the same time. And another inconvenience is not been able to dry clothes while I wash some more because is a washer/dryer that takes for ever to dry clothes, and I feel I am using more energy with that thing. I’ve been here for a week and two things have been fixed already, but the door of my son’s closet falls, and it looks old, bent and ready to be replaced, I wonder how will that be fixed or why is there. Maintenance have been great at attending the issues so far; so let’s see how that closet door will be fixed…"
