"I’d like to spotlight Antoine from the maintenance department. He has the most kind and gentle spirit. He respects my space while I am working and explaining the to me what is happening to the intern in question and why. Antoine very professional and knowledgeable about the work. I appreciate him and the work he does here at Arrive Odenton South. Also I’d like to acknowledge Jarrell as well, the same goes for him and the level of respect and professionalism he provides when he enters my apartment. Thank you both for being amazing with your service each time you come."

"They only care about you paying rent and nothing else. My washing machine has been broken for over 2 weeks and everytime I call for an update I’m told a part is on back order with NO estimated time. The machine has water sitting and an odor. Currently I’m having to pay rent on top of having to come out of pocket to wash my clothes. I called and asked for some sort of compensation since the laundromat is not cheap and I was denied ANY compensation and I have no idea how long I’ll have to deal with the extra expense and inconvenience. I can’t wait to move from here! Update: Not only does maintenance not fix things in a timely manner it is not safe to live. There is no security and no cameras in the parking lot. I had my vehicle stolen in broad daylight today and no one in the rental office showed concern. I was told “we can’t do anything, call the police” I would NEVER recommend anyone live here! For the price and the lack of safety id give this place a 0. Instead of spending money on Christmas lights for the rental office, maybe invest in some security so your tenants feel safe!"

"I can't express enough how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with my experience at Arrive Odenton North. My time at this property has been nothing short of a lesson learned and I feel compelled to share my grievances. First and foremost, dealing with the property manager has been a lesson in frustration due to their consistently inconsistent communication. Important matters are either addressed too late or not at all, leaving residents in the dark and questioning the reliability of the management. It's disheartening when clear and timely communication is a basic expectation that's consistently unmet. To add insult to injury, our unit suffered water damage, and the promised repairs were never completed. Despite assurances from the management, the necessary fixes were neglected, leaving us to deal with the aftermath of the damage. This lack of follow-through on essential repairs is inexcusable. Example: when our master bedroom carpet was lifted for repairs, the padding was never put back in place. It's baffling that such a basic detail could be overlooked, further highlighting the careless attitude towards maintaining the property. Save yourself the stress – look elsewhere for a place to live. Your money can be spent comparably in the area."

"I’ve lived in this development for 10 yrs and have experienced different management. I’ve noticed that apartments are being renovated with hard wood floors and upgraded appliances for new renters but not for those who have lived here but their rent continues to spike with no upgrades. Therefore if you’re not going to do internal upgrades, don’t raise my rent!!!!"
