"Loved this apartment complex! They were always super nice and very understanding when it came to having to move randomly because of the military. The only thing they do have this weird carpet rule, so just be sure to read the fine print on that because we didn’t when we moved in. You basically have to pay for brand new carpet for the place if you stay there over 2 years."

"We have been living here for more than a year and this community is definitely deserves a 5-star ranking. It’s quiet, safe, and spacious with nice surrounding (park, school, community center.. etc). The maintenance is always efficient and the staff is nice and caring. The assistant property manager, Sharon D. , is truly my favorite! She is timely and thorough in her communications and is always professional and sincere in her efforts to assist."

"I first moved to Fieldstone Farm back in 2018, and my family and I loved it. We moved out after our lease was completed looking for a bigger single family home. Let's just say that didn't turn out well for us, so after the awful experience we had at the single family home we decided to move back to Fieldstone. We love it. The staff is nice and caring. The maintenance is on point. And it's a really safe community with good schools nearby."

"Maintenance is quick to fix issues and neighbors are nice. Unfortunately I can hear my upstairs neighbors constantly; all day and all night. I have directly approached them about the noise and they are aware, and even stated that the last tenants left for the same reason, but they refuse to really do anything about the noise they make. They walk around constantly stomping. We also notified the front office but they said there is little they can do. I think if the upstairs neighbors had some courtesy, this would be a much better place to live."

"As a former member of the Armed Forces I've never lived in such a quiet area where the apartment layout was quite this amazing. The front office staff is great when it comes to meeting my most smallest of problems and the maintenance crew is respectful when they enter/exit my apartment. No place is perfect but Fieldstone Farms for what it's priced at is the ease of mind I needed from the chaos of former areas I've lived in Maryland."
