The complex is situated in a quiet neighborhood with many walking/biking paths, lots of trees and greenery, and with amenities like a grocery store and other shops, a community center, and an elementary school. If I were not moving away for my work, I would stay indefinitely! You won't regret making The Groves your new home."

"I've been here for two years and I've loved every bit of it! Staff and leasing office personnel are super hospitable, and the maintenance guys are quick to come by and fix whatever you need. They're currently remodeling the apartments, and the new ones are gorgeous! It only takes me 15 min to get to/from Ft. Meade and is very close to Waugh Chapel. Piney Orchard also has a great running trail, has some open areas for pets (as well as potty bags around every corner), and has a local community center with a lap pool and some fitness machines! In all, I've had a great experience and I highly recommend."
