"Lived here for 2 years and I'd say that the management office staff and their maintenance team are always ahead of their game. They are available when needed (if after office hours, they will try their best to assist you), very attentive, polite, hardly ever have to reach out to them for confirmation or reminder. They will keep you updated with any future plans that's going on with the property or community events in a timely manner so you can adjust your weekly and/or monthly plans accordingly. I personally liked the location since the apartment was close to work (10-15 minutes away), and not too far from supermarkets, malls, restaurants, etc. Baltimore Coffee and Tea, Ruth Chris Steak House, dental office, daycare, nail/wax salons are right down the street within walking distance located in the village. The Hideaway is also a few blocks away, highly recommend to walk there since their parking lot is always packed... :) Special thanks to Ms. Camille for making our move-out process very smoothly!!"

"PHENOMENAL experience. I have lived at several different apartments due to military moving. Best leasing office staff I have ever experienced, always ready to help, quick to answer, and lovely personalities. The property is equipped with great amenities: charging station, gym, off-site pool access, Amazon pick-up boxes, resident available computers and printers, and even a free to use gift wrapping station! The area is super cute too. There are multiple shopping strips within 15 min of residency, and it’s located right across the street from a major train station. I barely hear any train noise from my apt, AND it’s great public transportation access. Best resident experience thus far!"
