"My pod was broken, the clerk didn’t know the first thing about customer service. Not even going to waste my energy breaking down how bad the service was. They ended up giving me a new room that wasn’t heated. Awful business, place is very rough around th edges, things are broken, Pods, bathroom stalls, etc. and I was only there for a few hours. I’m sure I would have encountered more unfortunate surprises had I stayed a couple days."

"This is the best hostel I've ever stayed at! The price was cheap around $60 per night. The beds have sliding doors that close and give you privacy as if you had your own private room. Each bed has controls for air circulation, light, mirror color etc. There are also only USB slots in the bed no wall outlet. They provide you with a blanket and towels. Each room has a locker to put your belongings in. Keep in mind that it does get pretty hot at night especially with the bed sliding door closed so make sure to put on the AC before getting into bed. The sliding doors can be quite loud if you want to adjust the AC in middle of the night. Overall I had a great experience!"

"I got a female lux pod with ensuite bathroom. The beds were private and quiet, but very hot. There were extra bathrooms in the hallway. Everything was clean and well maintained, but the water could have been hotter in the winter. There was a kitchen in the basement, not the eating area upstairs. But overall, great value for the money. The privacy was everything."

"1. the room and the en-suite bathroom were clean but the bathrooms outside of the room were disgusting. 2. Speaking of the staff, they were very friendly. They were always available to answer any questions, which made my stay much more comfortable. 3. They offered a free breakfast, it saved me time and money but breakfast options were basic. 4. Another positive aspect of this hostel was the presence of lockers, provided a safe space to store my valuables. 5. The location was excellent. It was situated next to central park and within walking distance of supermarkets.Additionally, the area felt safe. 6. one area where the hostel could improve is the common areas.I felt that with a few small upgrades could be transformed into more inviting spaces. 7. I did find the lack of an elevator on all five floors to be quite challenging. 8. it would have been great if the hostel organised some activities for guests to socialize and meet one another. Despite these minor areas for improvement, I would still highly recommend this hostel."

"Stayed 2 nights in one capsule of 2 on a room. Was clean and a great experience Quiet and good sleep. The location also good near a subway station. However, the toilets did not have soap, asked from front desk but next day still no soap and toilet paper! They asked me to use another floor WC. Otherwise nice place to stay."
