I have gotten to know the staff there especially Pari and Artila they are very courteous respectful and friendly. The staff at the door greet me as I walk in and out. I do not understand why people leave less than positive reviews. I stand to be served and observe it’s not the staff who are rude but the public. I love Tommy and have been to the other stores around Australia and let me say the Birkenhead store is by far the best. If the were more stars I would definitely give you more. “After major surgery I needed to purchase some comfortable pants and shirt. I went to Birkenhead point looked around found the Superdry at last somebody was human. Staff looked after me very well I purchased a few items which were good value and very comfortable I have a Superdry hoodie which is many years old and I was happy to see quality in the new hoodies hadn't diminished at all the quality of textiles in SuperDry products is what makes them worth buying. After emails between myself and "Tommy Bahama" staff in the U.S.A. we were able to work out the best Store for me to achieve the exchange. Petra, at Birkenhead Point, was Wonderful. She'd received an Email about my predicament and was so Helpful and Charming in aiding me to exchange my clothing. We worked out my "Store Credit" and off we went.
