The hours published on the Birkenhead Point Outlet website states this store closes at 7:30 A surly woman who does not speak simply locked the doors before our eyes even before 6:30....amazingly poor service... We came after receiving an email about competition for trip to LA... Well the marketing department is working well...shame about the rest of the business...."
