"Poor customer service. Promoting an extra 30% on top of sale price for TOPS. But when I went to pay for a tank TOP, I was informed this was not part of the promotion (even though I grabbed it from tops section). Clearly they don’t know themselves as the staff had to verify this with another member. It seems like the promotion is up to their own discretion. If they like you, then yes it’s a top! Very disappointing experience today."
"They've upgraded to CBA Albert terminals. Try Google Pay here. Amex will require insert. Join their loyalty program for $10 on your birthday. They once gave my online order to someone else who ordered the same item. 30 mins later they gave me my item (another customer's order). Staff need to check the paperwork and verify order numbers before personal information gets mishandled."
