"We were actually enjoying shopping here until one of their staff came around and started talking to us and some of the other customers in a loud, rude condescending tone. He blamed us for dumping boxes around us without checking if they were ours and then went on to banging boxes back in place saying he was too busy to help anyone. Initially we thought maybe he was having a bad day but he was back at the billing counter and his rudeness continued there too which was shocking as he seemed to want to create a scene or pick a fight. I’m not sure if he’s ever worked in retail before but sale periods are always busy and so we didn’t really understand why he was removing his frustration on us. We went to Nike and asics before and the staff were extremely helpful and polite so not sure what he was on about. If he saw so many boxes, he could have requested us to leave them back after checking if they were ours or maybe got some other staff to help - there was NO need to be rude. This has to be one of the most disappointing customer experiences I’ve ever had."

"Great store with a large variety of styles. The staff were great, especially Andy. He recommended me a variety of shoes, and was the nicest bloke I've ever dealt with. Something I'd never expect in an outlet!"

"They've since moved up to the main entrance floor, on the open-mall side of the entire place. It's much more spacious and more obvious, given their corner listing by the escalator. Was there for Black Friday weekend, and I must admit, I was pretty impressed by the 50% off RRP discounts that they were running. Finally walked out with 4 pairs of shoes setting me back about 230AUD (the price of an otherwise full priced shoe)."
