“The food as being Nepali, is just awesome, very similar to the taste of street food we used to have in Nepal. All they have to work in cleanliness, as everything is greasy and sticky, the chairs, tables and hard surfaces. Must go place for foodies in Newcastle.”

“Great little vibey cafe spot in the heart of Newcastle. Excellent coffee and even more so with their generously portioned dishes (I recommend the French toast). The decor was rustic and kept my eyes busy. The staff were super friendly and faultless. Not cheap, not expensive, what you would expect and can’t complain.”

“Always delicious Chinese food. It's our must go place when we go back and visit our family from Melbourne. Salty egg yolk sweet corn is one of our favourites.If you also like spicy food, they have plenty of dishes to choose from. Taiwanese popcorn chicken is also a hit. If you want to taste more of real Asian cuisine, ask the staff for recommendations.”

“Being from out of town, I didn't know where to go. This place was chosen because it seemed to have a tidy looking appearance and higher rating. It did not disappoint! I had a takeaway bacon egg breaky roll (on brioche) and a takeaway Al flat white. The coffee wad one of the best I'd had around newy so far and loved the brioche roll ! Amazing. Would recommend”

“The atmosphere inside was much better than we anticipated from the outside, so definitely give it a go. The baked eggs were absolutely amazing. Flavour in the sauce was wonderful to scoop up with the sourdough. Only suggestion is to let the customer apply their own butter.. a little too much for me.) Long black was really good, too. “I have been going to Sushi Castle for years, it is a favourite for myself and my wife as we both love sushi. The people who run the restaurant are so nice, sometimes it's months between visits for us but they always remember us. The service is great and of course the food is delicious. They have a mix of Korean and Japanese food with a good collection of dishes. Everything they do is of a high standard and it makes me happy everytime I eat there. If you love sushi then you have to try this place.”

“Five years ago I gave this location 5 stars, and it continues to deliver to this day. I don't think I have been anywhere else that serves pork ribs like this place does. Serving sizes are fantastic for the ribs, with a generous serving of chips. Would absolutely recommend as a must visit for rib enjoyers.”

“Without going overboard with praise I’d have to rate Best Coasts bbq meat lovers as one of the best, if not-The best bbq meatlovers I’ve ever had the pleasure to have eaten. The ingredients were fresh as if they had been layed out by Leonardo de Vinci himself. Best Coast Pizza in Merewether is definitely the place to go if you are after a pizza that will leave you satisfied, inspired and quite simply- over joyed. 10/10 will be back again.”

“My wife and I really enjoyed our meal. I booked a table an hour before a movie and was a little worried about whether we would have time to finish before the movie, but need not have worried. The meal arrived quickly and was delicious. As good as any Thai I have had before.”
