“Yesterday afternoon both my Polaris Booster Pump and my salt water chlorinator decided their time was up. Today (28 December 2022) I contacted a number of retailers to see if they could assist. Without doubt Pool and Spa Warehouse provided the best response in timeliness, efficiency and price. There is no doubt that their competitors are not as customer focused. I went into the Kirrawee store at 10 am and by 2 pm the booster pump and chlorinator has been supplied and fitted (at what I consider to be a very fair price). I will not bother contacting other companies for my future needs - I will simply go directly to Pool and Spa Warehouse at Kirrawee - Thank you Robyn (in store) and Michael (service technician).”

“The team at GT performance have a had a huge impact on the development of my kids swimming. We joined pre covid and felt a part of the GT community through various online activities. Since then, my son has continued to improve and qualified for the National Swimming championships. He has continued to grow and develop his strengths as a swimmer, but also his passion for the sport.
