“So glad we found Aqua Culture! They are so gentle and encouraging of our scared 3.5yr old, taking time to help him adjust and enjoy the pool again. They are allowing him to set the pace so that he is actually smiling and happy to go! They also push my 6.5yr old just the right amount so that she is progressing so fast when she was suck not learning much at her old school. So impressed with the facilities and the team, who in the morning are all Mums too so they really get where we are at emotionally! Also having a before school class option is amazing! Well done!”

I've just been back to buy a best-available pump at a very competitive price. I can't speak for services like water testing, but for products thay are excellent. You can park there too.”

“Yesterday afternoon both my Polaris Booster Pump and my salt water chlorinator decided their time was up. Today (28 December 2022) I contacted a number of retailers to see if they could assist. Without doubt Pool and Spa Warehouse provided the best response in timeliness, efficiency and price. There is no doubt that their competitors are not as customer focused. I went into the Kirrawee store at 10 am and by 2 pm the booster pump and chlorinator has been supplied and fitted (at what I consider to be a very fair price). I will not bother contacting other companies for my future needs - I will simply go directly to Pool and Spa Warehouse at Kirrawee - Thank you Robyn (in store) and Michael (service technician).”

“I had to call Luxapool at Brookvale on 2 separate occasions for advice regarding the paint and regarding pool chemistry following refilling of my pool after painting. At both times the staff were extremely helpful and saved me a lot of work and worry. They were patient and always prepared to listen to my queries and respond to them in an easy to understand manner. I have now used Luxapool epoxy paint twice and would thoroughly recommend it. In addition the support that in received from Luxapool at Brookvale was excellent.”
