I was interested with the $20 safety slip check but I was also a little doubtful as I had bitter experience with some mechanics. Scott at the front desk was extremely helpful and provided exceptional customer service. I was quoted prior to leaving and was ensured that if any additional products or services were required I would be contacted. Scott called me to advise me my car had failed inspection (which was expected as I hadn’t serviced my car in sometime and am not very good at taking care of it) and provided a range of options and quotes. This was very reassuring as in the past at other mechanics, additional large costs have been added without consultation, leading to a big shock when it’s time to pay. I received a text at the agreed upon pick up time to advise my car was ready. All the paperwork was complete upon arrival and I even received a 10% as I am an NRMA member.
