"Very bad service. Had a check engine issue which they fixed and costed me $1073 and then the issue came back 10 days after. They are giving me an appointment after a week in a different branch and telling me no loan cars available and I can drive the car on the check engine!"

"The service provided was costly, and the customer service did not meet expectations. Today, I dealt with Andrew, who provided me with robotic customer service. Despite requesting that the additional Uber charges be waived, as I did not require pickup services, I was still billed for it. Andrew's tone was also not welcoming when he declined my request. On my previous visit, the service was exceptional, which is why I returned. Unfortunately, that is not the case anymore. I own 4 Toyota vehicles out of a total of 14 in my business fleet, and I had intended to continue using Noble Toyota regularly. However, due to the poor service provided today, I have decided against it."
