They are so popular that it can take a while to get you car in for a regular service but once it's in the job is done right. They were good enough to lend me a loan car for the weekend when we had an unexpected failure last year which we really appreciated.”

A courtesy car is available if your car is in for major works or if you need to be elsewhere when your car is being serviced. Time permitting, your car might even get a wash. Timely mail remainders when servicing is due.”

“My partner and I ran into some Issues with our Van regarding getting it Inspected for Tasmanian rego. After shopping around for days at different mechanics, these guys and gals were the only ones that would work with us and give us a fair price. The woman behind the desk (I've forgotten her name as this was over a year and a half ago) was extremely helpful and accommodating, working closely with us the entire way through the process. They saved us a HUGE hassle and provided us with all of the help that we needed to get the van in shape without breaking the bank. Thanks again heaps and sorry it took so long to write this review! “We recently engaged the team at City Automotive to install a towbar on our Japanese import Estima. They were the first business to not reject us outright at the first mention on an import! I sourced the towbar from a company in Sydney but they were willing to do the install for me. The quote was for 3 hours but they ended up needing much longer due to the install being more complex than anticipated. Not only did they still honour the original quote but they did an amazing job with the installation! These guys are true professionals - excellent at their work and willing to help! I'll be going back the next time I need any work done.”

Toyospec did a great job at a reasonable price and found a problem from a previous mechanic, from now on both our vehicles will be with Toyospec Just had my wife's Mazda 3 serviced and again great job great price, could not find a better service and repair shop in Hobart My Toyota van has been back to Toyospec after finding an oil leak at the rocker covers, this job was done back in 2017 by my previous mechanics and included new gaskets, after removal of the rocker covers Toyospec found the gaskets had not been replaced, they did the repairs using genuine Toyota parts at a fraction of what my previous bill was, well done again Brett and Stewart.”
