“Absolutely excellent GAME store. I forgot to get the name of the advisor who helped me and it's not on the receipt but I knew he was quite new, despite that he was extremely helpful. I purchased a pre-owned Nintendo Switch Lite, he helped me choose between a Switch and Switch Lite with his knowledge of the differences between the two. He then happily went out back and personally searched for the best looking pre-owned device. It looks like it's barely ever been used! I returned a few days later to buy Dark Souls Remastered. On this occasion I was served by an absolutely lovely lady who was happy to reserve the game for me until the next day as I had to wait for my pay to hit my bank. All in all a lovely store, much more helpful than the CeX up the road. Thank you all.”

“Went into Eastleigh to visit a specialist sports shop who were unexpectedly closed early on NYE. Visited sports direct who were open the expected hours and received really good customer service and walked away with my new pair of running shoes.”

“For what it is, it has the best staff in all their other Bournemouth branches! Friendly, welcoming and helpful and if you mess them about, know how to handle conflicts. Really missed them when they were shut due to Covid. Have limited stock due to size of the store and if they don't have it in stock, can usually find it from their bigger branch in the town centre. Buy a whole lot of football/rugby paraphernalia from here and always go out of their way to help. Manageress is great, has the peoples touch and is very relatable. It's in the Sovereign Centre so there is wheelchair accessible parking as well as entrence/exit to the store. There are toilets in the centre and the store has a family friendly vibe to it. It is centrally located in Boscombe and about 10mins walk to the beach. Great place to shop!”
