Hotel 365 Bronx

"The room smelled like weed and it wouldn’t go away. I was asked if I wanted a smoking room or not and I said no yet still got a room that smelled terrible especially that I don’t smoke."

"not quite sure how to review this place. it’s a cheap hotel, so i didn’t expect much. our room was clean despite what some reviews claim. hot water and good pressure. but the room was illuminated by a black light? took us 10 min to figure out how to turn it off. strange choice. there were definitely aspects of the room that weren’t yet finished. unpainted sections, plastic still on TV. parking is terrible and customer service is terrible. but for $230 on NYE, it was fine."

"DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!! Very rude staff there’s a bad mop water that haven’t been changed ! On top of that Me and my kids tried to go down to the lobby just to see 2 drugged out men tussling and throwing eachother all around the place I was so uncomfortable and distraught i had to leave immediately someone was held at gunpoint here it’s just so many illegal things going on I would have to do a whole other review on top there is no queen beds they lying on that website on top of that there’s holes all in the damn blankets the damn water don’t even work how do yall expect people to be comfortable in these conditions????"

"Reviews don't lie... This was the only place I could find within my budget for a 2 night stay. The room was a decent size for 2 people, I had hot water and air conditioner and heat worked too. The staff was accommodating to whatever I needed them for. Also liked that it was 5 min walk to the subway. What I didn't like was that day 2 when we came back to our room the key didn't work. They said every day the keys deactivate.. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows had zero fluff. They had asked us if we wanted a smoking or non smoking room. Our room itself wasn't but it was like the didn't separate the floors with those rooms. It would leak into our room. It wasn't pleasant. Side comment- rooms are not insulated so people who were partying and had screaming children felt like they were outside of the door."

"I saw the reviews but for the price I had to spend, other hotels reviews were way worse. I honestly wasn't disappointed at all! I came for a few nights away for myself and I thought the location was great. 5-10 minute walk to the subway/train that will take you right into Manhattan. Great Chinese food a block away. Everyone I saw walking were pleasant and helpful when I was lost. I drove with out of state plates and never worried about my car and I could see it from my window. The room was more like a bachelor pad, which I was not expecting the blue lights, but it was fun. I would have given 5 starts but I had to wait a while for someone to come to the front desk and check me in along with another person waiting. If you want a location near the train then your going to have to hear the train go by at some point but being in the city, it wasn't anything unusual. The water took a few minutes to heat up but I'm sure there were people trying to shower at the same time. I didn't have any issues with the stay and the staff were very pleasant."
