"Perfect place to hang out after a day at the stadium or a night clubbing (try to get a room on the second floor). They're clean with nice comforters on the bed and very clean! I'm sure the rooms on the 1st floor are fine but the 2nd floor is quieter and feels cozier."

"Worst experience I've ever had. Dirty rooms, bathroom. The bathroom smelled like urine, dirty towels. The bedsheets were dirty. The room was so cold because the window had a hole. The floors are so cold, and there is no rug or carpet to keep your feet warm. The check-in is the slowest check-in. They are not up to date with technology, so they write everything down on a piece of paper, we were waiting 25 minutes just to check in. It was the Worst first hotel I've ever been to at bronx. I do not recommend this dump, not worth your money."

"Terrible! The outside is misleading, these rooms are a nightmare. Room not only smelled like cigarettes, but the walls and AC were stained yellow from people smoking in them. The smoke detectors were pulled out. There was a hole in the sink, no hot water, and the tub was so stained it looked like a mat was in it but there wasn't one. The bathroom door wouldnt shut due to what looks like it being kicked in previously. There are no additional locks on the door for protection. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, you can feel the individual springs and the tv didnt work. A family member got the room for us but we couldn't even stay the full week. It was unbearable and disgusting."

"Wish I had read the reviews before coming going here, upon arrival I saw they had hourly rentals, so I booked a 3 hour stay, the room was very dirty had garbage, bed was messed up etc. I called the lady and told her the room is dirty can i have another room, she replied you took a short stay we don’t switch rooms on hourly stay, I told miss did you not hear what I said the room is dirty it’s a used room. I went down back to the lobby and explain again to her and she carry on telling me it’s a clean room, I asked her for a refund she said no refund policy then literally threw a keycard at me here I change the room. I remain polite because it’s who I am. The room was ok for a short stay but better customer service is needed, the lady is way out of line speaking to customers.it’s the old Indian lady that wears glasses. Customer service here is nasty from all the reviews I read."

"This place is filthy, the floors are really dirty, the washbasin had a hole in its bowl so it could not be used and I had to wipe down the table before I risked putting anything on it. The room was really noisy with no natural light (probably a good thing given the cleanliness). The place is used for 1 or 2 hour reservations and with condoms for sale in the vending machine in the lobby, you can guess why. There is no service as such and no WiFi."
