"Turned into a shelter don't waste your time"
"Very bad customer service, very clean and comfortable rooms, a lot of noise from other customers. When you enter the hotel it seems that you are in a very bad neighborhood. There’s a strong smell of cigarette and weed!!."
"The room is small but clean. The customer service was extremely disappointing. I made a reservation between 8 and 9 pm..I was told at 830 pm that the room would be ready. An hour later, not only was the room not ready, but the gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. The customer service was VERY disappointing..Based on the service I will not be returning."
"The room was dirty. Fingerprints, forehead prints and I'm not sure what other smudges on the windows. Holes in walls, gashes in paintings on walls. The entire place smelled of marijuana even though non-smoking rooms. When i checked in i requested a room for 2 nights but was only given 1 night at $300+ and kicked out at 11am the following day. Window was open when i entered room and room wss very small. A/C unit was loud and didn't cool the room to desired temperature. Doors slamming all night, people gathering and yelling in hallway. Would avoid if at all possible!"
"I would be very hesitant to believe any of these raving reviews. The hotel staff is useless. I have made a call everyday since our stay to speak with the manger, but the manager is supposedly not present. The room was dirty, bathroom had hair on the toilet, and the comforter had stains. When I asked for a cleaning, I was told, “there is nothing I can do. Speak with the manager tomorrow.” How, when the manager is never there or “busy.” Worst service. The good reviews are nothing like what I experienced. This makes me second guess the validity of these reviews!!!"
