"The hotel itself is fine. My room was very small, but clean. Nice shower stall. It is a place to stay and certainly not a place of luxury. The problem was that I was in a jam and needed a place to stay. I saw online that the rate was $134. When I arrived and I didn't have a reservation, I was charged $200 and had to pay in cash. I think that I may have been taken, but was desperate for a place to stay."
"DO NOT BOOK The rooms smell of stale cigarette smoke, and the rooms are filthy. Requested a non-smoking room but that does nothing apparently because both rooms I went into were horrific. Even if this is was the last hotel in all of NYC I would rather stay in a migrant shelter."
"My first room had a leaky air conditioner and or MINI FRIDGE MIND YOU THERE WAS A LAMP ON POSITIONED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PUDDLE IT LOOKED LIKE A SCENE FROM THE MOVIE SAW I WON'T HIGHLY RECOMMEND FRIENDS OF FAMILY TOODLES"
"For events near the area, it is probably the best budget option, price wise. no frills, but a comfortable bed, felt new and clean, and the shower was quite nice. It is a pay by the hour hotel, but for my stay at least, it was hard to tell other than some noises when we first walked to our room. Next to transit, street parking wasn’t too bad, and there’s a great hispanic food truck right on the block."
"This place is very clean. It had really small rooms. Very tiny bathrooms. Very loud due to it being a rent by the hour place. The staff are really got. The locating is not good. It's very bad. I give it 2 stars out of 5"
