"Overall, a great time here. Stayed for over a week. The maids were very responsive whenever I asked for anything. Front desk was helpful when I asked for any sight-seeing advice and the hotel is located close to NYC. My only complaint is that the tiles were a bit slippery. But those cozy beds make up for it :)"

"Clean rooms had no dressers! Hotel mainly used for "short" stays! No coffee makers, microwave. Found out that there was a microwave a half hour before checked out! Wasted alot of food. The skinny nighttime desk clerk that checked us in was rude! Alot going on in hotel at night, if you know what I mean! Served its purpose."

"The neighborhood doesn’t look great, but everyone minds their own business. The ‘motel’ might need to weatherize before winter, but otherwise the rooms are great for short stays. ALL guests are required to have ID, so don’t complain about certain noises that are expected from neighbors who are using their rooms within their legal rights. DO NOT expect housekeeping to serve you. If you book IN PERSON you can ASK for a price match- this is at the front desk’s discretion, ability to confirm the price that YOU found, and availability (Athough I am not an employee, I have seen POLITE people get better rates off app.) In conclusion, I would only recommend this property to someone who has read and can understand what I’ve written here."

"This place is a total dump honestly it gives very much hourly rate. First the room was infested with bed bugs and it also had hair in the sheets as if the sheets had not been changed. Walked in the room inspected and was there all of thirty minutes before deciding I couldn’t force myself to sleep in the unsanitary conditions. Went to the front desk and advised the clerk who was extremely rude and told me I would have to speak to the manager the following day. I called the next morning was advised the manager wasn’t there waited a couple hours called back and was told there would be no refund. I will be contacting the health department as well as the BBB about this establishment…. BEWARE ‼️"

"I arrived at hotel opus for a short stay as you do for this type of establishment where much to my dismay, upon entering my room for the first time I encountered a couple already occupying the room. Thank goodness they weren’t engaged in any “extracurricular activities” when I opened the room. This could’ve ended very badly and possibly put me and my significant others life in danger if the wrong person was on the other side of that door. I returned to the front desk where I was rudely told by the staff about the hotels no refund policy. So to my understanding i paid 80 dollars to open a door and watch a couple be scared and mortified about two complete strangers entering they’re private hotel room understandably so. I recommend people take there business elsewhere as I did."
