"Booked as it was cheap. Area not nice. Booked non-smoking room but room and walls were smelling very hard smoke. Other rooms kept playing music all night non stop until morning."

"Nightmare experience. After arriving I didnt feel safe at the hotel when I gave the feedback to the hotel manager he became irate and locked me out of the hotel. He kept my money and laughed in my face. AVOID this hotel. Something didnt feel right about it and even worse instead of re-assuring me that everything is ok the manager acted like a 5 year old when given feedback. Worst experience ive ever had. Not worth the headache. Book elsewhere and save yourself the trouble."
"This place is just what I was looking for. The first time I stayed here I wasn't sure what to expect but it exceeded all of my expectations. I felt safe, secure, and was such a great value. Nice easy check-in and great communication from the host. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean and smelled like they just came out of the wash. Street parking was a little tricky BUT there is a lot very close (maybe a 1 minute walk) The bathrooms were very clean, I didn't have an opportunity to shower but each floor had two bathrooms and two showers so there was never an issue of me waiting to use the rest room. Whenever I need a place to stay in the Bronx this is my top choice for sure. Thank you again for a great stay!"
