"Overall, a great time here. Stayed for over a week, the maids were very responsive whenever I asked for anything. Front desk was helpful when I asked for any sight-seeing advice and the hotel is located close to NYC. My only complaint is that parking is a big pain."

"Centrally located building with nice amenities and lobby. Rooms were fine and fairly up to date. The gym was nice and had good equipment. The service we experienced was professional and personable enough that we felt welcomed and at home. I would definitely recommend especially for the price"

"Rooms are nice and beds are big (we got king size bed) where two adults and a seven year old slept comfortably. The door knobd to the bathrooms were missing and behind the bed were all kinds of nasty stuff. There were no light bulbs in the room and after requesting some...once they did put the bulbs in....the lights would go out with mattress movement. No Ice in the icemaker anywhere within the hotel although each floor says icemaker."

"Literally the WORST experience I have ever had anywhere! Not only were they super disorganized with our confirmation , when we finally got our room I was shocked by the smell of weed and cigarettes. The room was tiny, much tinker than in the pictures. There were no drawers or closet to put away any clothes. There was BLOOD on the bathroom walls and the bedroom walls in front and next to the bed. The white face towels had yellow stains on it. The bathroom had no handle or lock just a hole in the door. My boyfriend and I slept on the top of the bed because the sheets had hair on it and yellow stains. The sheets felt like a napkin and we got major skin irritation from the covers. Whenever we touched the headboard the light would turn on and off. The fire alarm was ripped out of the ceiling. All night we were awoken by police sirens every hour and screaming outside our windows. The location was horrible. Trash everywhere outside and people yelling and screaming. We were beyond disgusted and disappointed. Worst 200$ EVER spent. I would give this place a 0 out of 5 if I could."

"We wanted to come to this place because it was new. It's been a while since we did anything nice. A good 5 years. We made it a date night. We did notice that there was tape on the bathroom door. We didn't think anything of it because we weren't going to lock it. When we tried to come out of the bathroom the door handle was now in my hand. The phones were on the other side of the door. We couldn't call anyone. After about 30 minutes or so my partner looks at my heel and said maybe we could get out with this. We did! All I wanted was maybe a 10% discount to show gratitude."
