"Great building, lots of young professionals. Inside apartments have been nicely renovated, and are spacious. Gym is small but has a decent selection of equipment."
"This management company is extremely unprofessional. The leasing agent Lisa showed me a 1 bedroom apartment I was interested in and when I inquired about the application and the deposit they only accepted checks. I informed her that I’m from the city and I would return the following day to finalize everything and she agreed. When I showed up to the office she wasn’t there and basically requested further information including socials, ID’s for a co signer only to tell me that she would hold it for an apartment that might open up in the future. I drove up from the city to sign a lease agreement just to be told that she has an obligation to someone else. If you weren’t planning on leasing to me you could have informed me instead of having me waste my time and money to come to Albany for you to turn me down. They don’t ask for pay stubs and require a deposit before they provide you with a lease agreement or any contract stating they will be leasing to you."
"My girlfriend and I toured a few apartments and the lady giving us a tour was a bit unprofessional and weird. Nonetheless we move forward and our leasing agent sends her daughter to pick up our check and sign the lease agreement? Very strange and unheard of. To say the least.. we backed out and got a different place because Steuban place apartments, was sketchy."
