Tru by Hilton Albany Airport

"SO very pleased with our stay here. Loved the whole vibe here, but what really made it amazing was the wonderful care and kindness we received from Angela. From the moment we arrived, till the moment we left, she provided not just great customer service...but really what felt like personal care to me and my mom. Angela wasn't just going through the motions w/us...but really seemed to care about helping us the few times we needed it. I was so happy she was the one that drove us to the airport (and then picked me up, after my mom left). Give her a raise!!! And furthermore, every person that worked there...whether passing in the hallway or at the front desk, every one of them was kind and had a smile and a nice greeting. No wonders this place gets great reviews. I need to figure out a way to stay here again...even though my mom has moved away from this area...I liked this hotel and customer care that much! The hotel itself is really cute, smart and has everything that you need. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful too. But what truly sets it apart from the competition was the wonderful customer care. Truly above and beyond. Thank you Angela and everyone at Tru for making our brief stay so enjoyable!"

"I liked the concept of the Tru hotel. However, I thought the towels were thin for a Hilton brand, I could easily hear others in nearby rooms and the bed frames are too big. I bumped my leg on the corner of the bed frame 3 times in 1 night. Very convenient shuttle to the airport."

"Every year, we go to Florida in the fall/winter to visit relatives, and we always fly there via the Albany Airport. A couple of years ago, we started staying here the night before we leave on our big trip, and I've gotta say, it's my personal favorite hotel apart from those at Walt Disney World resort! The service is always great, the breakfast is delicious, the rooms are great, everything about this hotel is amazing! I was shocked to see this place had reviews as bad as it did! Overall, really great experience, I would put a 6/5 if I could!"

"We needed a place close to the airport that was affordable and Tru fit the bill. The facility is super clean and well designed for short or longer stays. The room was spacious and stylish (hooks on the wall, open closet design, big desk). A full breakfast was served. All the staff we interacted with went out of their way to be friendly and helpful."

"Shuttle was perfect, driver was helpful and nice. Lobby is fun, clean and comfortable, front desk , greeting was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and had just the right amount of space for luggage and furniture. Beds super comfortable, bathroom soaps, lotion and shampoo & conditioner smells soo good. Plenty of towels wash cloths which were very clean and perfectly stocked. Bathroom was beautiful and bright. Breakfast was delicious, coffee was tasty. Staff were all wonderful and friendly."
