"I had a great stay here. Everyone on the staff was professional and kind. Warm even. Sadik went out of his way to accommodate my needs for the night. Thanks again for that Sadik, much appreciated. Kennie and Crystal on the front desk were really pleasant people and helpful. My room was clean and everything worked as expected. The climate system was a little loud, but not so loud I won’t give this location and staff the 5 stars they deserve."
"Stayed here for a show at empire live because it's conveniently across the street. I don't have any complaints about my stay. Rooms were quiet, spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast was good - plenty of options and served until 10."
"We stayed there Nov 10 &11 for a show at the Palace. All was great. The parking attendant was prompt and courteous on our arrival and departure, the room was clean, quiet (well, somebody kept slamming a door down the hall, inconsiderate knucklehead). The breakfast was the usual Hampton fare, meaning good yogurt, fruit, some cereals oatmeal, waffles and yucky eggs. The coffee and cookies at the registration desk were good. Very convenient location, about two easy blocks off the exit, short walk to the Palace or to any of the state government buildings. We went to the NY State museum the next day. When you arrive just pull around back to unload and park, don't go in the front where there is only a small area. I told the parking attendant we'd be leaving very early Sunday and he had the car right up front pointing at the exit. I don't know how that guy was always there! When does he sleep? The area seemed safe enough. You can't go up the elevator without tapping your room card."
"We stayed on a busy Saturday night. We had a very nice stay in a King suite room. The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The main plus was the friendly staff. Everyone we dealt with at the desk, the parking valets, all staff, were welcoming. Location is great. We will definitely return!"
"Was in town for business. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms look like they were recently updated. Small things need a bit of attention, the Bathroom door in the room would not close unless you locked it and all the room doors closed with a slam which can be heard each and every time. Free breakfast had basic options but was plentiful. Nice hotel for families."
