Relaxing night's sleep in London

“Convenient location and was comfortable for the few nights I stayed. Room was clean and love that you are able to control the AC, lighting and Do Not Disturb sign on the bed headboard. Didn’t have the breakfast or visit the lounge area but it looked nice and modern. Staff are also friendly on check in and when I left the building in the mornings. The Hub hotels are smaller rooms in comparison to the usual Premier Inn. They provide shower and hand wash, but if you forget anything else there is a Co-op down the road. For me, it was the perfect hotel for what I needed it for and would stay again.”

“Small hotel near a London center and city. Room is providing everything you need and were clean and perfectly prepared for our arrival. Service always with smile on face were helpful and kind. We used it for our weekend trip to London And the location is awesome. You have underground station just behind the hotel and for example to big Ben it's like 5 stops. We take room without window because we like to sleep in quite and to be honest best decision ever.”

“Nice reasonably priced hotel with very large rooms (we choose the premium rooms). Very quiet, not much noise from street or other rooms. Neighbourhood is okay as long as your diet does not rely on beer and pork. Bus stop right in front of the door, tube and DLR are roughly ten minutes away. Very friendly staff, especially at the restaurant. Good breakfast. Bathroom and closet in the guest rooms rather small.”

“Very nice hotel, Holiday Inn Express style. We booked a double room with twin beds for me and my daughter. The room was clean, shower was really great. Breakfast was quite good and the staff at the front desk is nice and helpful. Location is superb, with North Acton station just around the corner, and bus station in front of the hotel entrance. Tesco express, Costa and Domino's are nearby.”

“Easy self check-in. Staff quickly available to support if needed. Compact rooms but not too small. Very clean. Good quality bed, sheets and showers. Bar open till after 11. Great location at 100m from Bethnal Green metro.”

“Premier Inn Rainham, London (Weds 21st Sept 22) Whilst the hotel is slightly older and the rooms a little tired (old style Premier Inn) the service was excellent....Mikala on front desk very helpful and efficient. The Table Table (restaurant and bar) very good.....terrific service from staff for breakfast, clean and tidy (quick too). Thanks Julian”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and very clean unfortunately, there was no breakfast cook so only continental breakfast was available however, the pub next door served full English buffet breakfast which was excellent. All amenities were available I.e hairdryer, iron etc. Would stay again”

“I enjoyed my stay here very much. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, it was quiet and plenty of space to put belongings. The room included towels and a hairdryer, as well as the hotel's own shower gel and shampoo, which was handy. The hotel provides you two hotel keys, even though I travelled alone, this was helpful. The card with keys was a voucher for a free complimentary drink at the bar, which was a nice touch. The staff were helpful and friendly, nice and quiet hotel, and offered a breakfast buffet, too pricey for me, so I opted out. The hotel is situated close to shops and bars and restaurants. Would definitely uyse again.”

“My stay here was near perfect ! I took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel & back in the morning, it was pretty easy. What I didn’t understand I just called the hotel & they helped me out . The rooms were very very reasonably priced. I was surprised the hotel was so nice for such a low cost. Staff was very friendly, the bar was very extensive”

“This is a great value hotel for families. Stayed for 2nights, one adult and 2 teens and it was great. The room was clean and spacious enough and the breakfast was good. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfy as it didn't seem like it would be. The nearest tube is a bus ride away but the buses are frequent and the bus stop is right outside. Although the hotel is very close to the busy north circular the sound proofing is great. We had a family with a baby in the next room but never heard a thing. A short drive from the M1 and free parking make it an easy get in and get out for anyone coming from the north. Lovely staff too.”

This hotel is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be disappointed. Was a perfect base for working at the London Film Studios. We did upgrade to a premier plus room as would be there 3 nights and it was exactly as described. Reception staff were helpful with extending our stay and making sure the room was kept refreshed.”

“Stayed here while volunteering. Very nice room, bed was comfy which you have come to expect from Premier Inn. Staff were helpful and friendly and helped with all queries. Parking isn't free but can be charged to the booking if required. Rooms were quiet and meant I was able to sleep during the day post night shift. Only real negative is the door handle was a bit sticky.”

“To be fair it was a quick and easy transaction. Requested a double sized mattress with medium firmness and it came on the same day. Driver was helpful and brought the bed up into my flat. Thank you”

“Good hotel with friendly staff, lots of parking spaces at £6 for 24 hrs. Kenton overground station is within a short walking distance from the hotel for trains into central London. Mohammed on reception was exceptional helpful. Beefeater is connected to the hotel, we had breakfast which was good.”

“It’s a decent hotel if you’re in the area . Parking 8£ get there early , I drive a pick up and parking was sufficient! Chap at the front desk is brilliant and helpful . Location is brilliant for the area , card machine wasn’t working at the restaurant but we sorted that and they were very helpful. Didn’t eat any food but the beer was decent ! Room was fine for the price , it was clean and bedding is good ! Fire alarm went off for some reason but could just be a fault”

“Excellent for using the Central Line as 100yards from tube station. Despite being next to a busy road, really, really quiet. Rooms clean and more than adequate. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast really good too!”

“These are fairly basic rooms, but they are clean and tidy. Fantastic location with great access to all the sites. Plenty of amenities nearby to get food drink etc. Close to the river for walks. I would use the same location again. Friendly and helpful staff”

“Very friendly. Litza is awesome. 4 days before my reservation I was passing by London, the owners let leave my luggage there and also allowed me to take a shower! Such nice people. Very familiar place”

“Gotta set the bad reviews straight! I stayed in a 14 bed female dorm and it was great! Loved how the female section was separated from the rest of the hostel with a pin code. There were great lockers in the rooms, bathrooms were good (just found one toilet that didn't always flush, but everything else was great and clean), didn't hear any noise at all from the downstairs bar (that might depend on the room idk), bed was comfy and cozy with the little curtain that covers most of the bed. There's a little light and a plug/usb port above each bed! Staff were great too!”
