"Rooms could be a bit better. Big stain on the carpets. Room service wasn’t proactive. You can hear the doors slam in the corridors when someone uses the doors to the lifts. Bathroom could be bleached with mould on the shower and tiles. The breakfast was good though."

"There was no hot water in the mornings... Now I have a nasty cold and I'm pretty sure it's because I had to take cold showers before going to my work events. I took the basic breakfast package thinking it would be halfway descent. .. it wasn't. Bread, bread, croisant, bread, bread. No cheese or ham. Very expensive when you consider the quality of the stay. The Aircon goes up to a max. Of 24c. No toiletries were provided. thankfully I took my own. At least the beds were comfy. I will not be ever using the premier Inn franchise hotels as I can get better deals for the same price."

"Ideal place to stay when visiting London. Pay on arrival car park is expensive, but you are near London. Some reduction for hotel guests might be considered. On arrival we're met by 2 very unhelpful and disagreeable members of the Reception team. Fortunately, we didn't have to deal with them again, all the other staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooms were as you would expect from a Premier Inn. The hotel was on a main duel carriage way, with traffic day and night, but rooms were quite quiet, if you didn't open the windows. However, there was dust hanging out of the air-con units, which really needed cleaning out. Breakfast was taken at the pub next door, which had a communicating door. The decor was tied and carpet dirty, but the staff were so friendly and helpful, it didn't matter. I can honestly stay it was the best Premier breakfast I have ever had. The selection was excellent. The drinks machine was broken, but hot water and supplies were made available. Despite the very unpleasant staff at the beginning of our stay, we would definitely stay here again, if going into London."

"Stayed here while volunteering. Very nice room, bed was comfy which you have come to expect from Premier Inn. Staff were helpful and friendly and helped with all queries. Parking isn't free but can be charged to the booking if required. Rooms were quiet and meant I was able to sleep during the day post night shift. Only real negative is the door handle was a bit sticky."

"Good location next to DLR and opposite a large Superstore with food options inside. Rooms are large but basic. Bed, chair and desk in most. Bathroom was fairly modern but only a shower over the bath, so not the most accessible for everybody. Clean and kept clean (except the odd baked in stain here and there). Dust where you'd expect dust. Housekeeping staff are relatively quiet. Large hotel with 3 buildings of rooms, but from what I saw, no lifts at all. Making room access a change for those of us who struggle with stairs. Had I have known this prior to booking, I might have made other arrangements."
