“So I was presently surprised how nice inside the hotel was. The service was amazing. I wish the rooms were a little bit bigger but they did the job. The receptionist was so lovely and the cleaner. The lounge area is a nice size and clean. Everywhere was clean.”

“I was years ago, but very comfortable and as if I were at home. Magnificent treatment with the owner and tenants. The owner made us dinner and super, we could use the washing machine, kitchen, living room... shared bathroom but everything was very clean.”

“I was 1 week in this magnificent place. I was able to talk, resolve doubts with the staff, specifically Carolina and Diana, they were really super available to help me and very friendly. I have seen that the rooms are cleaned thoroughly. There are so many places to stay, but in this place you will feel at home.”

“Super comfy sofa and excellent customer service!! Great warehouse which had so many models and all the fabrics they have available, we spent an hour there trying all the different sofas. Shout out to Martyn who was so helpful with our order and gave really prompt updates. Sofa came within the estimated time frame. The sofa itself is perfect and so comfy, just what we wanted and the delivery guys were great too. All round 5 stars we love it thank you!!!”

“Lovely place to stay. Not too far from the underground, Piccadilly line. Bus stop 2 minute walk. We had the ensuite chalet at the back of the garden and found it very comfortable and quiet. There was a television but we didn't switch it on. There was also a microwave and kettle. Geoff met us at the door and showed us around told us of the local amenities etc. Great bloke. Came to London for a concert and an exhibition. Will definitely stay again.”

“Very pleased with the hotel/guesthouse. Accessing the building was quite straightforward. The rooms were large and very clean and all had en suites. The kitchen/lounge area was very spacious and had a variety of breakfast cereals, breads, jams etc and a large supply of tea, coffee and milk. Utensils and crockery supplied. Stayed there as daughter was getting married the following day and we used the large family/garden room to get ready with the bridesmaids. Can highly recommend.”

“Store looked great. A really helpful salesman (I think his name was Mitesh) was so helpful, his knowledge of the sofa and sizes was so good. The sofa we specifically wanted to see in person was no longer available to see in store, he used his tablet and displayed it on a nearby massive TV screen.”

“Stayed 1 night at the Travelodge Chertsey. Warm welcome from Allwyn who let me know about the hotel's facilities and local amenities. Room was comfortable with everything you needed for a short stay. Have booked again for another night in February.”

“The Secret Cottage is absolutely beautiful inside and out.. the Cottage its self is absolutely amazing from the quality of bedding and towels and furniture the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need the lovely who owns the place is lovely ....and the surrounding area is beautiful and there's a lovely pub within walking distance the photos do not do it justice highly recommended this this place to anyone who wants to get away from work for few days and just sit and enjoy the peace and quiet of country life”

“I was a little worried after reading previous reviews, but I needn't have been! Short walk from the station, greeted very warmly by Alizay who was an absolute joy. Given a choice of floors, so opted for 6 as figured it would be quiet. This is the business floor... Room was spotless, even a bit of a view from the window. No issues with getting in late after a gig, key card worked fine. I felt safe as a woman on my own. Comfy bed, great shower, and no rush to check out the next morning. Another lovely gent on reception. Would definitely stay again, easy quick walk to go look at some of the sights. Really can't find fault for the price.”

“Great place, price and location. Right off brick lane - ideal for exploring east london. Very large room and beautiful gardens with water features and fresh fruit falling off the trees - in the heart of east London?!? The breakfast was way above what I was expecting and the staff even down to the lady who helps with breakfast were friendly, happy to help. Felt like being part of a community more than just a hotel.”
