"It’s a decent hotel if you’re in the area . Parking 8£ get there early , I drive a pick up and parking was sufficient! Chap at the front desk is brilliant and helpful . Location is brilliant for the area , card machine wasn’t working at the restaurant but we sorted that and they were very helpful. Didn’t eat any food but the beer was decent ! Room was fine for the price , it was clean and bedding is good ! Fire alarm went off for some reason but could just be a fault"
"Bring a blanket! Room smelt weird, opened the window and that did not fix the problem. The blankets are paper thin so I asked for an extra one. They had no blankets available which is ridiculous. Regret having booked this place, can't even meet basic needs."
"Called the hotel ahead previously to confirm that Travelodge would provide a cot for our baby and it would be set up ready in our room, so we didn't bring our travel cot. When we arrived the reception said they didn't have any as someone else was using their cots? If they had communicated this to me it wouldn't have been any bother for me to bring my own but instead we had to make a barricade of chairs around a single bed for my son to sleep safely. No apology."
"Great location alone side the river Thames, walking distance from Brentford football stadium. car park at rear of hotel. Had ground floor room, shower small but really powerful. Hotels clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great deals on drinks, limited food available but the food that was avaliable was terrible. No air-con"
