“My and my wife visited the town for the Xmas Holidays and we couldn’t be at better place! Overall, We had great experience with the BrookGreen Hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. Additionally they have very cosy and traditional Pub and restaurant atmosphere also the area around is pretty nice! Proper West London experience.”

“Excellent hotel in central London for the price I paid (circa 130 pounds). The Thistle is great for Hyde park, Oxford Street, and North London. Close to marble arch tube station. Rooms are modern and a decent size with all amenities. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices beyond a full English. But above all, the helpful and enthusiastic staff made this hotel stand out. Superb hotel for the price”

“I stayed at this hotel with my now wife and our two children, I say now because we stayed here during our wedding. There was a little hiccup to begin with in that there was some confusions on our booking mainly due to group bookings and not the hotel itself. However they generously paid for our breakfast as to compensate for the 2 hour delay in us getting in our rooms for which I am very grateful for. The even decorated our room the night of our wedding day to ensure we felt extra special with a bottle of champagne and rose petals on the bed. Thankyou very much for your hospitality.”

“Donna in the restaurant was amazing! Her memory of our order without a pad and pen was very impressive, and she is really friendly and our 8 year old son said she’s funny too!! Lovely lady! Also the lady that took our second room reservation and arranged interconnected rooms was also lovely and so helpful on the phone, great staff here, would highly recommend! Thank you!! “Amazing place to visit. Open fire and very warm and happy atmosphere. Staff are are amazing especially the gym and floor staff. The general manager Jon made us feel very welcome. You must come here and enjoy the atmosphere of a local family friends restaurant!!”

“The only reason the room did not get five stars was a few little things that were evident but did not affect my stay. The ceiling above the air con showed black mould? And the clip on the toilet seat was missing but the seat worked just cosmetic. The room was big and there was a good quantity of coat hangers I did ask for more drinks and milk, staff was efficient. And pleasant and very helpful. Parking at night can be a bit tricky I came back late and all the spaces were full. I managed to squeeze in. Even though it was full the hotel was quiet.”

“Been staying at this hotel regularly for the past year. Rooms are generally clean and spacious. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is great as well. Bus stop right outside, and tube station around 10 minutes away. Highly recommended for business travel and for families traveling on holiday.”

“Have had a lovely stay at premierr inn. The downfall was the lady , Charlotte , on the desk becoming so abusive and walking into my room without asking which i find very strange and concerns me that someone can walk into anyone room when im not there and when asked why she replied i can do what i want . Very unprofessional and very angry lady but ive taken this further as this isnt aloud to happen. When checking out late because of this she called the police who didnt turn up as was a waste of there time very strange experience and very abusive. I have had an apology from customer services and premierr inn but im not satisfied with just an apology as im a young mum and this was very scary for me . The rest of staff are so kind. The resturants staff are all so nice and friendly and really good with children too. So welcoming and kind. The manager Sarah is so lovely and has made our stay really nice. The food is also really good and the drinks. Thank you .”

“I left my 2 dogs in the care of Brian for individual &group walks and pop ins, he was incredible the walks he took them on were amazing! Honestly the best dog walker I have had for a long time and being new the area and finding him so quickly is incredible. If you need a dog walker look no further!”

“Almost don't want to tell anyone about this gem to keep it to myself! Great location close to Regents Park; walkable from Euston. Very comfortable b&b, well decorated & homely too. Wonderful breakfast & a roof top garden. Very accommodating hosts. Highly recommended.”

“As always a comfortable stay. Good breakfast. No restaurant in the evenings I stayed however there are plenty of places nearby and I would definitely recommend venturing out to many of the independent restaurants.”

“We had very specific needs for our stay and Daniel Todorov the owner went out of his way to accommodate all our requests including moving furniture, taking a video of the apartment and ordering, at his own expense, specialist equipment for the guest. His customer service has been exemplary and I would highly recommend Surbiton Hills Apartments. It is also in a great location and was only 20 minutes walk from the London Prosthetic Centre.”

“Had afternoon tea here today and it was the best we've ever had. The food was delicious and plenty of it, the staff were very attentive and friendly. We have been here several times and it never disappoints. Would highly recommend it for a lovely treat.”

“A decent stay. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Noise in the corridors was a pain and the lack of parking could also be difficult. But the reception staff are fabulous. Really nice to talk to someone who is knowledgeable and wants to help.”

“The Park Grand is a very nice hotel very clean and lovely rooms with excellent facilities and very friendly staff. Stayed one night after going to Twickenham and had drinks in the bar and dinner in the restaurant. The menu was mostly Indian food which I like very much and is cooked on demand not microwaved out of the freezer, there are some alternatives, but it is Indian focused. The garlic naans are among the best I have ever had, and I've been going to India for 25 years at least. A great night's sleep in a comfy bed and finished off the stay with a full buffet style breakfast with fresh cooked eggs etc far too much to tell without typing all day but let's just say it was so good that I went round twice, and it was good value. The only downside is the fact that parking is very limited, however we did get a space, so all was well.”

“The hotel has a great location (bus and subway just across the street) and plenty of food options as well. The bedrooms and shared bathrooms were extremely clean and towels were changed daily. The staff was also very kind and helpful (Marius welcomed us and helped us with the luggage on our way out). Would definitely come back, great value for the money.”
