“Really great hotel, we had a stop over at Heathrow so booked this hotel. Our flight ended up delayed by 3 hours so was really glad to have a room. Absolutely no issues with check in. The room was clean and bed comfy great value for money and really easy to get to from terminal 4. There's a 24hr Costa so we did that for breakfast but there is a buffet on till 10:30. Really easy nice stay. Would recommend.”

“Went to the spa here. Very lovely place. Staff were friendly from all areas. Facilities were small and average. Sauna out of order which my partner always enjoys. Not much privacy around the spa. We both got a massage and it was amazing. Both masseurs Rosa and Suna were lovely and friendly and did really good jobs. Definitely the best part of the visit. Don't think it was completely worth the money as you only get 1 hour use of facilities with offer.”

“This is an incredible restaurant. My wife went to Nobu in Marbella, Spain earlier in the year and she absolutely loved it. This place was just absolutely amazing. It's a real treat to come here for dinner. The Interiors, decor, service and food is just mind-blowing. Yes, it is expensive but I highly recommend this to anyone!”

The lady serving me was extremely knowledgeable, knew her stock and what would go well together. She was able to accurately size up my son at a glance, and recommend the best accessories. “Josh is literally a star. He’s so helpful I can’t even tell people how helpful he was. He literally saved the day, I was looking for a trouser that they didn’t have the size of it in their store so he had to ring two different stores in different areas then he ended up calling the branch in Croydon (from his own phone). He managed to find the size I was looking for (as I wanted to buy it on the same day) and then he also offered his own phone for me again to use it to make the online payment as the signal was poor on my phone. Such a great member of the staff.”

“I come here very often and I always do waxing with Rosie. She is the best one I have had for my waxing. She does a very good and very quick job. Some of the staff doesn’t speak much English but they understand and are very friendly. I love that most of the times you can walk in and have the treatment done straight away without waiting. Very good lighting and clean which is also key for a good job. Love it.”

“The big Next shop on A10 has man, women, children clothes & furniture. There coffee shop. Plenty of parking. You can get lost here for a few hours. It’s buggy&wheelchair friendly as it has escalators & lift. Staff are nice. Definitely recommend”

Stayed here as was close to airport for my holiday but still close enough to central for me to go and explore London… Great room and service, checked in by Lara, very friendly smile. Restaurant not too bad for dinner had server Rachel, very happy lady. For breakfast was not the best buffet but good enough.”

“Arrived after 2 weeks in Morocco. The hotel was connected to terminal 4 through an easy walk through a covered walkway. Check in was easy with a very helpful and pleasant front desk agent (Susanne). The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Good cold beer at the restaurant and the food was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel for flying out of Heathrow.”

“The hotel was great, it looked stunning, the staff were super friendly. The place had amazing lights, the shower had button that let you see through to the hotel room which was funny. We loved the pool and Sauna. They have parking which you have to pay for and the breakfast selection was incredibly tasty and a great selection. Anna was really kind to my daughters. Thank you for letting us stay, it was really fun & we had an amazing time there.”

“Had a lovely stay here recently in a twin double room. Hotel has a lot of character, looks the part for the area and is well located for local venues. Room was clean and tidy and well equipped with a decent size TV, room fridge and other expected amenities. Staff were very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.”

“I'd give service way more stars if I could! Location is in swanky Regents Park, so a little out of the way from Central London, but quick access to the tube on the Jubilee Line. I loved my stay here, the rooms were very clean with a deep soaking tub. They did a room refresh daily, so water, tea, coffee and biscuits were added each day. The lounge area was a hub for people, with a nice bar and restaurant. If traveling alone, you will definitely bump into people to chat if you want. Private members lounge was well staffed for breakfast, snacks and happy hour. Nice quiet place to relax after a long day or wait for someone. I felt very well taken care of and definitely recommend if not being in the center of everything is appealing.”

“I very much enjoyed my stay at this location. Right in the heart of Camden, I was barely a 5 minute walk from the outdoor market, numerous restaurants and food stands, and the Camden Tube station. The room was perfect for someone staying solo, and the view of the canal couldn't be beat!”

“Nice reasonably priced hotel with very large rooms (we choose the premium rooms). Very quiet, not much noise from street or other rooms. Neighbourhood is okay as long as your diet does not rely on beer and pork. Bus stop right in front of the door, tube and DLR are roughly ten minutes away. Very friendly staff, especially at the restaurant. Good breakfast. Bathroom and closet in the guest rooms rather small.”

“We had an amazing stay at this hotel which is close proximity to Westminster walking distance to Oxford Street & Picadilly Circus. I must mention the staff and the service made our stay exceptional.They are always smiling and ready to help. The breakfast spread was elaborate thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were very friendly and always on their toes.A big thank you to Claudia & Eldi at the restaurant who was very welcoming. We will certainly stay at this hotel again.”

“It is a scenic neighbourhood and has been recently cleaned. The nearby Boardwalk Place is a haven with best security and it is maintained to good standards. Despite not staying in the hotel, I can imagine how beautiful the views must be from Fraser Place.”

“A simple and cheap option for a short stay in London! Definitely enjoyed my stay here with a McDonald's nearby to grab a quick familiar bite. But the cafes along the street were also really nice! Overall stay here was cosy and nice. The room is clean and the staffs were really helpful!”

“Was contacted by them after giving them a poor review because it was impossible to contact them. I then had their usual five star service with great planning and fantastic prices. They are under a lot of pressure but trying hard to sort out their access problems. Have used them for years and they are normally wonderful to deal with.”
