"I come here very often and I always do waxing with Rosie. She is the best one I have had for my waxing. She does a very good and very quick job. Some of the staff doesn’t speak much English but they understand and are very friendly. I love that most of the times you can walk in and have the treatment done straight away without waiting. Very good lighting and clean which is also key for a good job. Love it."

"Worst haircut of my life - if I could give -10 stars I would. I have been before and the haircut was perfect however have got new staff since. My hair is ruined and has been cut too short and uneven. The layers are choppy. I told the hairdresser at the time and she didn’t fix it. I could’ve cut better myself. They offered to fix it but my hair has been cut off around 5 inches when I asked for 1-2 inches off. My hair is way too short and not what I asked for. Have to wait another year or two to grow this mess out. Never been so upset or disappointed. I spoke to the owner and she kept walking away from me when I asked to resolve the problem."

"Very friendly and they do a neat job! I had tried only eye brows and lips , it costed about £8. The assistants here are very friendly and you can find them very persuasive to use other services. They offer hair dressing, facials, waxing and massage services. Women and kids only parlour. You can book an appointment so that you get attended on time!"

"Every visit here is amazing. The staff are friendly, professional and help you out with what you need and recommend what works and doesn't work for you. My laser hair removal had amazing results, manicures were top notch, hair styling and colouring was excellent. I think this review was long pending! I've been a loyal customer for nearly 2 years now and I don't have a single complaint! It's a fab place for Hounslow and deserves the 5 stars !"
