“I normally book my vacations myself online but with all the travel requirements constantly changing, I thought it would be better to book with someone who I knew would look after me and show me the way. I was surprised to see that they actually got me the best price for my trip but the level of service is something I've never experienced from a travel agent. Ben held my hand through the whole process, with travel documents, making sure I was aware there was an IT issue with British Airways so we left earlier than usual and thank goodness we did as the queues at the airport were horrendous. Many people had their luggage misplaced and I know that if this had of happened to us, Ben would have sorted it out for me right away.
