“Floris and Scott did a superb job dismantling our built-in wardrobes to make way for new ones being fitted. They then redecorated and removed the waste. The work was all done to a high standard and they were extremely easy to deal with, polite and professional. The communications around the quoting for and timing of the work were also excellent. “Superb product plus thoughtful service. We ordered some flowers to be sent to a relative who had just moved house, but what we didn't know was that immediately after moving, they had gone straight off on holiday (pre-arranged long before the move was set up). Buttonhole tried to deliver, but couldn't (because our relatives weren't there!) so brought the flowers back to their shop, then rang us to explain what had happened, then re-delivered a fresh arrangement of flowers to my relative's mother, several days later, ready for when my relative got back from holiday. They are just back now and have texted us to say the flowers are absolutely beautiful. You couldn't ask for better service from a flower shop - highly recommended!”
