“The afternoon tea here was absolutely phenomenal. My two children (8 and 5) were so thrilled with the cute and delicious food, and the wonderful atmosphere. The best highlight was our server, Hafize. She was so thoughtful and kind, but also took her time to develop a personal connection with us. My girls adored her too, she was so sweet with them. We left with our bellies and hearts full!”

“Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!”

“Really nice hotel. Rooms aren't massive but big enough, they are well appointed. Good coffee machine (Nespresso), and bathroom with rainfall shower. Rooms service is really good and the staff are all very nice. This hotel is in sight of houses of parliament. If you fancy getting out pop down to Vauxhall Arches to the food hall, a really great place to find lots of different cuisine. It's not the cheapest but it's a great location. Breakfast looked decent, I didn't eat the hot but it looked nice. Lots of choice.”

“The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. We stayed the night for an anniversary weekend in London. Upon arrival they upgraded our room which was a lovely surprise. The room was amazing, the spa was a hidden gem and breakfast was very good too. All for a reasonable price. I would recommend.”

“Excellent stay. Super efficient location and I loved the touch screen buttons on the bed that controlled the lights and room temperature. Breakfast was great and lots of options to choose from. Very nice bar staff and one of the guys at breakfast was so noticeably kind, caring and welcoming to everyone who walked in the lobby. Not sure if he was the manager but it didn’t go unnoticed. “Everything is very convenient and just right. Location is really great and you can feel like you became an East Londoner! Room is very compact but I liked it. Staff is always friendly and nice and say hi to you. The lady who let me check in very early (9am but this was an exception) did it without making a big deal and she was super cool. Definitely coming back!!”

“Beautifully appointed and conveniently located boutique-feel hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Our stay was made super comfortable by our room's spacious layout, a fabulously plush bed and amenities like a Marshall speaker and the possibility to cast our own content on the television. The location can't be beat in hip Shoreditch where you'll find lots of good places to eat and drink and plenty of things to do. As i write this review I'm currently staying at another Hilton operated hotel in a different area of London for work and I wish I was back at the Hart... Highly recommend.”

This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be let down. Great location and nice hotel right next door to the O2. The rooms are well proportioned with a comfy bed. The reception and bar staff are very attentive and always happy to help. I had an amazing view out over the O2 arena, but all directions have something to see. More expensive than most hotels I stay in, but worth it!”

All staff offer a five star service. Has an excellent St Pancras Spa in the basement where you can quite happily spend the whole day and have a really enjoyable relaxation break. If you pay for a treatment from the treatment menu then you can get free use of the spa facilities. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy that I had spent time at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and St Pancras Spa. Everything you need is here from the restaurant, bar and rooms for overnight stays.”

“Excellent hotel!really friendly staff and great breakfasts! We managed to snag 2 rooms VERY last minute and we were very pleased with the hotel! Clean, new, and friendly staff! DLR line stops right outside of the hotel so it is easy to get to. Only negative is that there isn't much to do in the area, tourist wise, so you are always traveling at least 20 minutes to get to where you want to be. Not such a big problem but something for tourists to be aware of!”

“Stayed here on my travels for work. The check in/out process was convenient and staff were helpful and efficient. Brick Lane is a very lively street (perfect if you love Indian cuisine!) and our room was right at the front - we didn't notice any noise at all. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and I got a good night's sleep on a mattress far nicer than mine at home. Small note that the bed was very high off the ground because of storage built into the bed frame. Not an issue for me but worth mentioning for anyone with restricted mobility.”

“The location is great, right near Hyde Park and some metro stations. A simple space, yet a comfortable one. (The stairs make for a great work out!) Guests were respectful. Staff was nice and helpful ✨ Would stay again.”

“Every part of our stay was exceptional from start to end! We were warmly greeted at the front door where our luggage was taken and our car swiftly valet parked. Staff at reception were all friendly, warm and welcoming and we were offered a larger room or one with a view. (We chose the view!). Our room, on the 12th floor, had a gorgeous view of the Elizabeth Tower, London Eye etc. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection. (Items like Eggs Benedict do attract a surcharge, but fair enough.) When we checked out we decided to leave the car parked for a bit longer while we went shopping. As with everything else, that request was met with a smile and a friendly, positive reply. We were truly sad to leave and will definitely be back as soon as we can. Why this isn't a 5 star makes no sense as the ones we've stayed at, Intercontinental included, can't hold a candle to this gem!”

“Fabulous courteous old fashioned service- the way it should be! Helpful,polite and friendly, took the trouble to help us thoroughly, making sure we were happy with our purchase, the fit, style and colour of the shoes. Top quality all leather brogues, even offering a re soling service upon request. Assistant was extremely knowledgeable, measuring ones foot correctly and presenting different sizes without complaint. Not pretentious as some can be- made to feel welcome and valued. Extremely well made footwear , we are very pleased indeed and will return for further colours in the same style. Most comfortable well fitting shoes we have purchased for my sons awkward shaped feet! Very thoughtful assistant even polished them for us before expertly packing them in the stylish box. Five star service and products, well worth the money spent.”

“I visited this salon after a friend recommended them. I booked in for a colour but was unsure of the look I was going for. I had pictures of colours I liked. The lady des took the time to tell me the process and we agreed on what she would do. I knew from previous experience that getting my very dark hair highlighted could take a few tries but I was amazed at the result. Des explained the process of highlighting and toning and she even recommended hair products that would leave my hair in good condition. After not visiting a salon in almost 2 years I was quite nervous but des and the rest of the staff were lovely and made me feel relaxed. I will definitely be using her again and I’m recommending storm to all my friends.”
