Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment

"Really nice hotel. Rooms aren't massive but big enough, they are well appointed. Good coffee machine (Nespresso), and bathroom with rainfall shower. Rooms service is really good and the staff are all very nice. This hotel is in sight of houses of parliament. If you fancy getting out pop down to Vauxhall Arches to the food hall, a really great place to find lots of different cuisine. It's not the cheapest but it's a great location. Breakfast looked decent, I didn't eat the hot but it looked nice. Lots of choice."

"Clean and well-polished rooms. Great view from the 12th-floor room that I had over the river Thames, Big Ben and Parliament. Walking distance from London Eye and Westminster. Quiet rooms. Very friendly staff. Will be coming again to this hotel soon."

"Wonderful hotel. Located in the heart of the West End of London. The view from our 9th floor room was stunning. I could see the River Thames, Big Ben and Parliament. The Eye of London is a short walk from the hotel. The room it’s self featured a huge tub along with a walk-in shower. The hot water never ran out. You can control the heating / AC from the room. I stayed here 6 nights and I enjoyed each night. I will return to this hotel on my next visit to London. If you’re thinking of booking a stay with them my advice would be to do so. I think you will enjoy your stay."

"This hotel is generally fine, nice rooms with modern fittings. But the hotel an unacceptable policy -- as a guest, I can't get food delivery (Uber Eats etc). The hotel staff is actively trying to enforce this policy (as you will see in the description below), and they didn't even explain why they have this policy! (This is as of Nov 2022, well past the times of any covid restrictions.) The hotel staff said so at the hotel reception during check-in, and I just ignored it (it sounded too ridiculous, I thought they just meant that they won't accept the food delivery at the reception and I would have to go down and meet the courier myself). Then later in the evening, when I ordered from UberEats, I went outside the hotel and picked up the food and headed back to the elevator, they actually stopped me to remind me of the policy. I told them how it makes any sense, I am just walking in from outside with a bag, how can bringing food be disallowed, they just kept insisting that it's hotel policy. I got annoyed at this point, and said that I won't stay in a hotel with such ridiculous policy anyway (I was anyway staying for just one night), and walked into the elevator -- saving grace was that they didn't stop me (I mean, my next step would have been to go sit outside the hotel and have dinner from the UberEats bag!)."
