"The neighborhood was tremendously safe and gorgeous with many restaurants of various ethnic cuisines and convenience stores. I felt very safe walking alone at night as a woman. I paid for an 8 person room and it would be what you would expect. The room got rather smelly with so many people and there was only a space heater and a window so I had to air out the smell once. The beds are pretty comfortable! I was pleasantly surprised. I was given a very warm and comfortable comforter (not a blanket) and a full and fluffy pillow which made sleeping very good. The showers and toilets are in different rooms in the hallway of almost every floor and all were kept very clean. My room was on the 3rd floor and it took a lot of huffing and puffing to climb those steep stairs and the bathroom was a flight of stairs below my room. The staff was very kind and helpful. I learned that we had free dinner each night which makes the price worth it. They were able to store my luggage before check in. I would stay here again, but maybe get a smaller room of only 4 to 6 people."

"The staff here is great, friendly, welcoming and fun. We really enjoyed the vibe. The hostel is kept clean as well. However the overall facilities could be improved. We’ve stayed in December and the whole place was freezing. The beds are very noisy as well which is disturbing if someone moves in their bed at night."

"The location is great, right near Hyde Park and some metro stations. A simple space, yet a comfortable one. (The stairs make for a great work out!) Guests were respectful. Staff was nice and helpful ✨ Would stay again."
