“Really great way to spend a summer day. Easy to book but accepting walk ins (at least in the morning). It gets pretty crowded but not unmanageable. You need to put your towel on the ground that is concrete but the pool is not overcrowded. Remember to take 1 pound for the lockers (retrievable). They have a cafe that serves coffee, drinks and food through the day. If you book morning you can stay practically the whole day. There is enough place decaded for both free swimming and the professional swimming. Highly recommend!”

“Really nice hotel. Rooms aren't massive but big enough, they are well appointed. Good coffee machine (Nespresso), and bathroom with rainfall shower. Rooms service is really good and the staff are all very nice. This hotel is in sight of houses of parliament. If you fancy getting out pop down to Vauxhall Arches to the food hall, a really great place to find lots of different cuisine. It's not the cheapest but it's a great location. Breakfast looked decent, I didn't eat the hot but it looked nice. Lots of choice.”

The rooms are well proportioned with a comfy bed. The reception and bar staff are very attentive and always happy to help. I had an amazing view out over the O2 arena, but all directions have something to see. More expensive than most hotels I stay in, but worth it!”

All staff offer a five star service. Has an excellent St Pancras Spa in the basement where you can quite happily spend the whole day and have a really enjoyable relaxation break. If you pay for a treatment from the treatment menu then you can get free use of the spa facilities. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy that I had spent time at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and St Pancras Spa. Everything you need is here from the restaurant, bar and rooms for overnight stays.”

“We stayed in this hotel Fri-Mon as a base to explore London. Wow we were impressed. Firstly the staff, everyone we spoke to were super friendly and really helpful. Secondly, the laid back lobby/cafe area had a really great vibe, we were happy spending a few hours in here one evening. They offered us two free drinks as we joined their membership (completely free and just a touch of a link). The breakfast was perfect, cooked well and great selection. The room has everything you need, good size and extremely quiet. We didn’t hear anything outside of our room. The wifi is good throughout, the beds are really comfy and there are spare cushions in the rooms. Checkout is 12 which is great for London! Location wise, this is just outside of the tube station (jubilee line) so couldn’t be more convenient, we recommend heading towards the o2 for great restaurants, dockside walks and the cable car only 1 stop away or 15 minute walk. 10/10 would recommend and we would definitely book an Ibis again.”

“What can you say, it's an Emirates lounge. Staff are attentive, it's super clean and the food is out of this world. Great flavours and presentation. A fully stocked self service bar to ensure you can relax. Showers should you require them. It's a great way to start your journey by being in here.”

The prices are amazing the shisha smells so nice very nice interior and good for taking pictures and celebrating your birthday with your friends and family because they have enough space for everyone. “Every part of our stay was exceptional from start to end! We were warmly greeted at the front door where our luggage was taken and our car swiftly valet parked. Staff at reception were all friendly, warm and welcoming and we were offered a larger room or one with a view. (We chose the view!). Our room, on the 12th floor, had a gorgeous view of the Elizabeth Tower, London Eye etc. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection. (Items like Eggs Benedict do attract a surcharge, but fair enough.) When we checked out we decided to leave the car parked for a bit longer while we went shopping. As with everything else, that request was met with a smile and a friendly, positive reply. We were truly sad to leave and will definitely be back as soon as we can. Why this isn't a 5 star makes no sense as the ones we've stayed at, Intercontinental included, can't hold a candle to this gem!”

“One of the nicest Marriotts I’ve stayed in. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Everything about the hotel is first class. We stayed here for a week. Our room overlooked Hyde Park. Housekeeping made sure there were plenty of towels. Turn down service in the evening was a nice touch. The hotel is walking distance to most major attractions.”

The food was delicious and there was a great selection of wines and cocktails to choose from. I experienced very welcoming and attentive staff. “Came here for breakfast on a Thursday. It was quiet, so easy to get a table. The food was good and a nice selection of dishes. I had a vegetarian option. The setup and decor is very nice with a relaxed atmosphere.”

“Super Hotel, amazing staff, best location ! We were there for 7 nights with a family of 5 so we booked 2 rooms. The hotel is easily accessible from Waterloo underground or Waterloo train station. The entrance & lobby are spotless and spacious. The front desk staff are amazing, thank you Ana and Francesca for all your help ! The rooms were really spacious, comfortable, clean, and all the fittings were in good working order. With a large selection of TV channels and a kettle, tea, coffee, and biscuits, just right for a quick relax. The breakfast was amazing with something for everyone, whether you like a full English breakfast or something more "continental", it's all there. I used the workout room nearly everyday, it's well stocked with enough equipment to easily work off those extra breakfast calories. The concierge service was very useful and the people there were wonderfully helpful. I had some packages delivered there prior to our arrival, stored luggage there and booked a car to take us back to the airport. Thank you ! All in all we would love to come back to this wonderful hotel. If you are in London and looking a great hotel in a perfect location, this is the one for you.”

New street cafe at hotel has hot water bottles and heaters for the colder days. Short walk to St Thomas's hospital, London Eye, South Bank entertainment center and Westminster bridge.”

“Situated in a very convenient location in Central London. I went to Vombat during my office visit. Front office service was very quick and the staff was very friendly. Provided detailed information about the facility. The rooms were very nice. I've met lots of nice people there. All the beds are provided with very clean linen and a separate locker. Washrooms were also clean and tidy but it depends on whom you are in your dorm. They have a nice cozy bar on the ground floor and a separate laundry and a kitchen as well. Worth the price and very cheap compared to the other same kind of facilities in London.”
